STRONGLY RECOMMENDED !!! CUSTOMER SUPPORT When I (urgently) needed their support, they picked up the car from my home and also were able to deliver it back. Some other time, they picked me up from my home to the garage. Also, the guys in the garage are very friendly. PROFESSIONALISM They always give a call back to me before they fix anything, giving me a full update of damage/repairs/costs, explaining all the engineering parts needed. EXPERTISE I had a serious problem with my Mercedes c220 diesel, and all the other garages in Richmond area could not detect. These guys were able to find the problem within 3 hours and fix it during the day (!!!!). Impressed that they were keeping me posted for any step they were completing. COST: Very reasonable pricing for what they offer. Normal car maintenance costs around 65% less that main dealer (I used for 3 years) and 2 repairs done during 2015 were almost 60% less than main Mercedes dealer and almost 20% less than competitors in the area (I checked prices in both cases).
